The Key Account Manager, Poultry & Swine - BENENO is an integral part of our Business Development team based out of our Remote Europe site.

Key Account Manager (KAM), Poultry & Swine – BENENO 
(Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg & The Nordics)

JOB DESCRIPTION
With Phibro’s recent purchase of Zoetis’ MFA product line, and in addition to several new Phibro Medicated Feed Additive (MFA), Nutritional Feed Additive (NFA) and Veterinary Medicinal poultry product launches planned for coming years – Phibro is in the process of expanding its commercial teams in Western Europe.
The KAM Poultry will function as point of contact for customers in the BENENO region who require information and guidance about Phibro’s Poultry and Swine portfolio, and they will focus on creating a sustainable business growth in the associated territory/customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Lead demand generation activities in the assigned territory associated to his/her role.
•    Provide support to achieve budgeted sales and gross margin for Phibro products in the assigned territory.
•    Provide technical support for customers, key influencers and end users ensuring proper use of products.
•    Support local distributors for demand creation, technical service, training, and sales support as required to drive the sale of products.
•    Monitor industry trends and competitive activity in the assigned area and provide guidance to appropriate Species Business Manager.
•    Attend customer events and connect with relevant Key Opinion Leaders.
•    Strengthen relationships by following strategic account management principles and behaviours.
•    Inform customers about Phibro’s pricing policy and other relevant business information.
•    Plan and forecast customer demand to anticipate supply requirements and ensure a positive customer experience.
•    Maintain accurate CRM records for the territory.
•    Comply with Phibro’s policies and values and lead with the highest level of integrity.
•    Perform other duties as may be assigned based on business needs.
•    Frequent travel required within assigned territory and occasional international travel.

EDUCATION

•    Ideally have a Degree in Veterinary medicine or must have Animal Science or Nutritional degree. 
EXPERIENCE

•    Minimum 10 years of experience in animal health and established poultry network.
•    Commercial acumen with technical orientation (poultry field technical experience preferred).
•    Ability to self-manage daily activities and responsibilities.
•    Teamwork mindset to connect with European and global colleagues.
•    Conversational English level.
