The Administration Partner, Europe is an integral part of our Administration team based out of our Belgium - Wavre site.

 

Position Details

EDUCATION 

Bachelor of Business in Business Administration or similar degree required. 

EXPERIENCE 

  • Minimum 5 years business support experience is essential, with significant experience in supporting payroll, benefits & finance administration. 
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook 
  • Proficient in written and spoken English & French, other languages are advantageous. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  Business support partner for various departments. 

General: 

  • Handle office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies. 
  • Co-ordinate and organize payroll information & submission across our European teams. 
  • Organise benefit administration set up, sharing of information and ongoing review for multiple European countries (including car leases, hospital plan, meal plan, pension plan) 
  • Screening, answering and forwarding telephone calls.  
  • Ad hoc admin support if required from time to time. 
  • Conduct monthly safety audit of the admin and canteen areas. 
  • Provide logistics support for meetings by setting up venue, organising room layout, arranging lunch, booking accommodation, dealing with the invitees. 
  • Ad hoc duties as required by the Senior Director.
