The Vice President, Technology Operations is an integral part of our Information Services team based out of our US - Teaneck, NJ - Remote site.
Position Details
The Vice President, Technology Operations is a senior technology executive with enterprise-wide accountability for the stability, resilience, and operational performance of the organization’s technology landscape. This role owns infrastructure operations, application operations, and service delivery, with direct leadership oversight of core application ownership and the ERP application organization. This executive ensures mission-critical systems—including ERP and core platforms—operate reliably, securely, and efficiently, while establishing the governance, stability, and foundation required to enable future modernization, rationalization, and transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the executive owner for enterprise IT operations, spanning infrastructure, application operations, and service management.

ERP leaders and directors report into this role, which provides strategic oversight and alignment, while day-to-day operations are managed within their respective teams.

Provide executive governance for ERP incident management, release readiness, and operational risk management.

Ensure IT operations meet security, regulatory, and contractual requirements (e.g., NIST, FedRAMP, SOX, customer‑specific controls).

Own operational budgets, long‑range financial planning, and cost‑optimization initiatives.
Key Competencies
Education & Experience
-
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

25+ years of progressive IT experience, including senior leadership roles in enterprise environments.

Experience leading infrastructure and platform operations within complex, global organizations.

Experience overseeing enterprise application landscapes, including ERP platforms (e.g., JDE, EBS) and core systems, in partnership with domain leaders.

Experience operating in security-sensitive and business-critical environments with high expectations for reliability and continuity.
