The Supply Chain Specialist is an integral part of our Supply Chain team based out of our US - Teaneck, NJ site.
Position Details
This role will be responsible for overseeing inventory activities at third-party logistics (3PL) locations, ensuring accurate processing, and supporting overall supply chain operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and able to step in across various supply chain functions as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, track, and receive inventory at 3PL locations to ensure accuracy and availability.
- Manage invoice processing related to supply chain operations.
- Perform regular reconciliations of inventory at 3PL sites, resolving discrepancies in a timely manner
- Provide coverage and support for team members’ responsibilities during absences.
- Assist with additional supply chain activities and projects as assigned.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required (Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred).
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in supply chain functions (inventory management, logistics, or related areas).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pulling reports, and data analysis.
- Experience working in ERP systems; JD Edwards (JDE) strongly preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel on business up to 5% annually.
