The Senior Project Manager Information Technology is an integral part of our Digital Information Delivery team based out of our US - Teaneck, NJ - Remote site.
$190,000.00 Compensation range for this position is -$200,000.00
Position Details
Phibro is seeking a highly accomplished and strategic Senior Project Manager with 20 years of IT experience to lead complex, global technology projects. This role is ideal for a seasoned leader with a proven track record of managing enterprise-scale programs across multiple regions and business units. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of digital transformation projects that align with Phibro’s global business objectives and IT strategy. This includes stewarding projects through our process from concept to completion. Our goal is to deliver projects on time, on budget, on scope, on quality with a high degree of stakeholder satisfaction.
Travel: Up to 20% as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact, multi-region IT and data projects from initiation through delivery.
- Manage cross-functional and cross-cultural teams across global time zones.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with executive stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocations
- Negotiate for resources, as necessary
- Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Regularly report progress to senior leadership (e.g., Sponsor, Steering Team).
- Perform risk management and resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with IT quality testing, regulatory, and security standards.
- Foster strong stakeholder engagement and communication across all levels of the organization.
- Promote a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement.
- Transition projects to operations
- Ensure the organization is set up for success after the project is complete (e.g., ROI, benefits realization)
- Formally close projects, including lessons learned and key close conversations

Education & Experience
- 20+ years of progressive experience in IT project management, including at least 5 years leading global or multi-site initiatives.
- Deep expertise in leading enterprise systems, digital platforms, and/or data integration projects.
- Demonstrated success in leading personnel in maturing their skills to engaging in enterprise projects as part of leading the project to be successful
- Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience is highly desirable
- Demonstrated success in pharmaceutical, biotech, or manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).
- Outstanding communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with mobile and eCommerce systems is a strong plus.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
