The Procurement Analyst is an integral part of our Procurement COE team based out of our US - Teaneck, NJ site.
Position Details
The Procurement Analyst is a member of the Global Procurement Center of Excellence (COE) and supports key procurement programs, including Source-to-Pay (S2P), Travel & Expense (T&E), Corporate and Purchasing Cards, and Fleet Management.
This role is responsible for supporting and improving global procurement processes, systems, reporting, and user adoption. The Procurement Analyst will serve as a key resource for end-user support, system administration, training, analytics, and process governance. Success in this position requires a strong combination of procurement knowledge, analytical skills, and technical expertise to drive operational efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Process & Program Implementation
- Support the global implementation and enhancement of procurement, T&E, and fleet management policies, procedures, and systems.
- Lead the development and expansion of procurement analytics capabilities, providing actionable insights into spending patterns, process performance, and compliance.
- Partner with IT and other stakeholders to design, test, and deploy new system functionality, reports, and dashboards.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), develop training materials, and communicate process and system changes to end users.
Operations & System Administration
- Provide day-to-day support for procurement, T&E, corporate card, and fleet management processes and systems.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for procurement technologies, ensuring systems are effectively configured, maintained, and aligned with business requirements.
- Administer and optimize procurement platforms, including:
- Wheels and Mike Albert fleet management
- Navan Travel & Expense
- GEP (Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle Management, Supplier Performance Management, Spend Analytics, and Procure-to-Pay)
- American Express Corporate and Purchasing Card programs
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
Training, Communication & Compliance
- Develop and deliver training programs that promote adoption of standardized procurement and T&E processes.
- Create and maintain user guides, process documentation, and communications related to policy, system, and process updates.
- Support compliance with procurement, T&E, fleet, and corporate card policies through ongoing monitoring, reporting, and user education.
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Develop, maintain, and enhance procurement dashboards, reports, KPIs, and data visualizations.
- Analyze procurement and spend data to identify trends, risks, savings opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to procurement leadership and key stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across procurement systems and reporting tools.

Skills
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or related field with a focus on S2P processes, travel & expense management, system administration, fleet management, and procurement operations.
- Experience with S2P platforms (preferably GEP), T&E systems (preferably Navan), Fleet management Systems (Preferably Wheels), and ERP systems (JD Edwards and Oracle preferred), and the ability to execute system configuration and optimization initiatives and provide end-user process and system support.
- Knowledge in Master Data Management and process standardization.
- Experience in global procurement processes.
