The North America Operations Director is an integral part of our Sales team based out of our US - Teaneck, NJ - Remote site.

 

Job Summary

The North American Operations Manager will oversee and optimize the daily operations of the North American Region, ensuring efficient processes, high productivity, and continuous improvement. The role includes responsibility for creating and managing pricing strategies, data analytics, CRM systems, and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of operational workflows, and a strategic mindset to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pricing Management:
    • Develop and execute pricing strategies to maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and cost structures to recommend pricing adjustments.
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure pricing aligns with overall business objectives.
  • Data Analytics:
    • Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of operational data to drive informed decision-making.
    • Utilize data analytics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to the North American Leadership Team.
  • CRM Management:
    • Oversee the company's CRM system to enhance customer relationships and sales effectiveness.
  • EDI Reporting:
    • Create and oversee the EDI processes to ensure accurate and timely electronic transactions with trading partners.
    • Manage the development, maintenance, and troubleshooting of EDI systems and processes.
  • Budget and Resource Management:
    • Monitor and control operational costs, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency gains.
    • Allocate resources effectively to meet operational goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on pricing, data analytics, CRM, and EDI reporting.
