The IT Operations Specialist is an integral part of our Operational Systems team based out of our US - Teaneck, NJ site.

 

Position Details

This role will work with and lead our daily operations of Information Technology Enterprise systems. This position will require both technical, and non-technical skills but not limited to:

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Enterprise System team members and external vendors to ensure the operations of the systems to meet Information Technology Governance Controls (ITGC).
  • Work with our Compliance and Audit teams to ensure Standard Operating Procedures are being followed.
  • Prepare and deliver requested audit information.
  • Communicate, Coordinate resources, and Complete system issues as reported by the business
  • Support Change Control Procedures and Data Governance facilitation
  • Project Management
  • Production Support and Issue Resolution. Issue management, escalation, and resolution skills
  • Facilitate Training and author Work Instructions
  • Develop and Design System Stability reporting metrics based on data from Cloud provider

Education & Experience

  • At least 5-10 years ERP/JDE technical system and implementation experience.

  • PMP certification or strong project management skills.

  • Experience or knowledge of SDLC concepts.

  • Excellent experience with MS Office Suite (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
