The Human Resources Process & System Manager is an integral part of our Human Resources team based out of our US - Teaneck, NJ site.
Position Details
This position will be a key contributor to the HR team. He/she will be the trusted resource for systems planning, architecture, implementation, application administration, roles management, and business unit functional support globally for all HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with HR Business Partner teams globally to launch and implement HR processes (compensation planning, performance management, talent review)
- Manage day-to-day system operations, annual talent cycles, compensation planning, special projects
- Deep system knowledge (Success Factors) to make process and system changes, including configuration, permissions, etc.
- Ensure consistent processes across solution
- Maintain SOX compliance, where applicable. Partner with Internal Audit and necessary COE’s to address any issues
- Create and maintain positions, foundation objects, table data, and as needed, employee masterfile data
- Support implementation of new products, new process and requirements
- Manage quarterly release updates and work with leadership to determine enablement plan
- Manage thorough testing of system changes in Preview/Test (if applicable) and Production environments

Education & Experience
- Knowledge or experience with SAP Success Factors suite
- Bachelor’s Degree in an applicable field
- Experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors including setting up permissions, and various modules within the system
- General understanding of database relationships
- Ability to handle cross-functional projects and initiatives
- Ability to diagnose problems and identify and drive appropriate solutions
- Ability to challenge convention
- Ability to relate to, influence and collaborate with employees at all levels in the organization
