The [[HI&I Industry Manager]] is an integral part of our [[PhibroChem]] team based out of our [[Teaneck, NJ]] site.


Position Details

This position will serve to provide strategic sales and product management and drive long term growth for our microbial products within the HI&I segment.  This position will collaborate with our PBC sales team and set sales growth, strategic account management, planning and accountability for the industry’s top producers.  The goal for this position is to achieve a high level of internal and external customer satisfaction within the PBC and Osprey business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow revenues within assigned territory and market segments.
  • Accountable for achieving aggressive targets for revenue and gross margin
  • Manage a small sales team for HI&I
  • Develop and execute account strategies by building personal knowledge and reporting on one’s market and territory, products and applications, as well as competitors’ products and sales policies.
  • Drive product development and innovation priorities for the HI&I business segment ensuring a strong pipeline of new Phibro Microbial products for the segment.
  • Develops budgets, short and long term forecasts that support business success.
  • Routinely analyze and report on business performance.
  • Reports to management on business progress and makes recommendations to ensure sustainable success.
  • Pursue Team Selling Approach and performs special assignments as required. Participate in trade show events relating to the industry.
  • Travel expected is 50%.  International travel is possible.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in science, ideally in Microbiology, Engineering or Chemistry or minimum 10 years related history.
  • Actively report and record information as well as monthly performance metrics.
  • Ability to travel, expectation is approximately 50%, International travel is possible
