The Director, Data & Analytics is an integral part of our Digital Information Delivery team based out of our US - Teaneck, NJ site.

 

Position Details

At Phibro, we recognize the critical role that data plays in shaping strategic decisions and driving business success. We are seeking a visionary and accomplished professional to join us as the Director of Analytics. In this leadership position, you will advance our analytics capabilities, ensure the effective use of data for decision-making, and foster a data-driven culture within the organization. You will be pivotal in shaping the enterprise data and analytics roadmap, aligning it with our overall business objectives. This role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of data and analytics, capable of leading collaboration among business stakeholders across Phibro entities to create, align, sequence, and execute a comprehensive Data & Analytics roadmap that balances immediate value with growing foundational maturity.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation, evolution, and execution of the enterprise data and analytics roadmap.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices, integrating them into Phibro’s strategy.
  • Manage multiple remote development and consulting teams across India, Philippines, Israel, and the Dominican Republic.
  • Communicate with the Phibro Planning Analytics user community within IT and business functions.
  • Design, build, test, and improve Planning Analytics models.
  • Continuously improve and support the financial month-end close process.
  • Collaborate with the data governance team to align business requirements with data standards.
  • Lead and support data integration and future data management tool and processes

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering or Computed related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in writing/designing business and technical specifications for analytic data product purposes.
  • 5+ years of experience with managing analytics team (direct reports and offshore)
  • 7+ years’ experience with Financial Planning Development
  • 7+ years’ experience with Data Warehouse Development
  • 7+ years’ experience with BI Reporting Development
  • 7+ years’ experience with Data Management
