The Customer Care Specialist is an integral part of our Customer Service team based out of our US - Teaneck, NJ site.
Position Details
This position is key to providing a world-class customer experience for both external and internal customers. Responsible for ensuring the correct products are delivered to the intended location, on time in full, to the quality required and in the most cost-effective manner possible.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development:

Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practices for operations, strategy, policies, and procedures to meet operational performance and excellence in customer service.
Task Management:

Order entry/fulfillment for the PBC and EPG businesses.

Pick, ship confirm, then track and trace outgoing deliveries to customers.

Preparation of Order Documents (Order Acknowledgement, Packing List, CoA, Invoices, Credits, etc.)

Ensuring timely pick-up and delivery of shipments or timely communication of any deficiency.

Support sales and marketing projects and requests.

Develop and execute on all standard operating procedures and assist with improvements to operations functions and efficiency.

Manage associated databases necessary to support customers.

Compliance with all PAHC policies and administrative requirements.

Stewardship of Phibro Brand, image, and identity guidelines.

Regulatory Compliance and Training (DOT/DOC/EHS/ etc.)

Perform other duties as assigned by department or manager.
Key Competencies
Skills
Education & Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in customer service, preferably within similar industry .
- Experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse management or related, or any combination is a plus.
- ERP experience, preferably JDE/Oracle.
