The CRM Intern is an integral part of our Digital Information Delivery team based out of our US - Teaneck, NJ site.

 

Position Details

Interns at Phibro will get a great hands-on experience in a real work environment. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in software development projects in the role of a business and quality assurance analyst..

  • Work with business and technology team members to gather and document business requirements.

  • Participate in various project and support tasks - including but not limited to reviewing data, developing use cases, developing test cases and writing technical documentation. 

  • Develop a general understanding of the Selling Process to build data reports that will help the sales team and sales management evaluate progress against sales goals and adoption of the sales process and CRM application.

  • Attend daily and weekly team meetings and submit a formal end of assignment intern evaluation.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

  • Must be 18 years of age

  • High school degree or equivalent; must be preferably pursuing a degree in Business, Information Technology or Life Sciences.

  • Good skills using MS Office suite of applications.

  • Good understanding of statistical tools and data analysis.

  • Good understanding of the software development life cycle and ability to support business analysis and software testing tasks.

Physical Requirements

Good hand/eye coordination
Required to talk or hear frequently
