The Application Support Administrator Information Technology is an integral part of our Digital Information Delivery team based out of our US - Teaneck, NJ - Remote site.

 

Compensation range for this position is $180,000.00 -$190,000.00

 

Position Details

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Application Support Manager to oversee the support, configuration, and continuous improvement of multiple enterprise applications across procurement, finance, and operations. This role will serve as a key liaison between IT, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure system stability, user enablement, and integration integrity. 

 

IT team members are located primarily in South America, Central and Eastern time zones in the United States, and Israel. Some projects may require flexibility to accommodate meetings with global participants in Asia and Europe, as well.

 

10% travel is required for this position. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of enterprise applications, ensuring high availability, performance, and user satisfaction.
  • Configure application settings, workflows, and access controls to meet evolving business needs.
  • Coordinate and implement small-scale change requests and enhancements, particularly for procurement and capital project workflows.
  • Serve as the first line of support for application-related issues, including integration points with ERP systems (e.g., JDE, Oracle EBS).
  • Monitor and resolve system errors, data inconsistencies, and integration failures in collaboration with internal IT and vendor support teams.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, support procedures, and change logs.
  • Manage user onboarding, role assignments, and access provisioning across supported platforms.
  • Collaborate with business units to triage and resolve functional issues, escalating to vendors as needed.
  • Generate and distribute reports and dashboards using native reporting tools
  • Provide insights into system usage, procurement spend, and operational KPIs to business stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors for issue resolution, enhancement validation, and roadmap alignment.
  • Gather and consolidate user feedback to inform system improvements and vendor escalations.

Education & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise application support or systems administration.
  • Hands-on experience with procurement or finance platforms; GEP experience is a strong plus.
  • Experience supporting or implementing custom cloud-based solutions and SaaS applications across busies functions.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., JDE, Oracle EBS) and their integration with third-party applications.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
