The AI Solutions Lead is an integral part of our Network and Computing Services team based out of our US - Teaneck, NJ - Remote site.

 

 

Overview

We’re hiring an AI Adoption Lead to champion enterprise-wide understanding, adoption, and responsible use of AI. You’ll lead Copilot training, build a champions network, manage external partners, and share best practices across internal and external audiences to embed AI fluency and excitement throughout Phibro.  

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead Copilot enablement:Deliver training programs that empower teams to use Microsoft 365 Copilot effectively.  

  • Build the champions program:Recruit, train, and support internal AI champions to scale literacy and adoption.  

  • Drive cultural change:Create engaging content, demos, and workshops that demystify AI and foster a learning mindset.  

  • Share best practices:Curate and communicate AI success stories, use cases, and lessons learned across Phibro and with external partners.  

  • Manage external suppliers:Source and oversee vendors for training, tooling, and enablement services.  

  • Partner cross-functionally:Collaborate with business, IT, and compliance to align AI literacy efforts with strategic goals.  

  • Measure impact:Track adoption, engagement, and capability growth across teams.  

 

Key Competencies and Experience 

  • Strong understanding of AI tools, preferably Microsoft 365 Copilot and the surrounding ecosystem.  

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills; able to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.  

  • Experience in learning & development, change management, or digital transformation.  

  • Comfort working with external vendors and managing budgets.  

  • Passion for AI: a natural enthusiast who stays current on trends, tools, and opportunities to inspire others.  

  • Experience in learning & development, change management, or digital transformation.  

  • Concise writing and clear storytelling for business partners.Fluent in English.  

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Prior corporate/enterprise experience. 

  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot and the surrounding ecosystem.  

  • Background in community building and/or internal and social platform communications.
