The Technical Services Representative is an integral part of our Sales & Marketing team based out of our US - Teaneck, NJ - Remote site.

 

Position Details

This position exists to create demand through technical selling and consulting with key influencers and decision-makers for PAHC products and services.  Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account strategies by building personal knowledge and reporting on one’s market and territory, Phibro products and applications, as well as competitors’ products and sales policies. 
  • Develop and provides technical knowledge of assigned products and service applications to better serve the customer. 
  • Develop new customer and product sales based on strong technical support and valued added consultation
  • Plan and schedule sales and service calls on customers to solicit orders, maintain established relationships, and render continuing service and answer inquiries and complaints. 
  • Develop new accounts through training and seminars and explaining how company’s products can benefit potential customers. Follow up and reports on prospective leads. 
  • Collect data and maintain accurate account records. Fulfill other reporting functions including, but not limited to, written call reports, weekly and monthly territory reports, and expense reports on a timely basis. 
  • Participate in trade show events relating to the industry 
  • Identifies acquisition targets consistent with Phibro’s strategy for profitable growth

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
  • Masters Degree is a plus
