The ideal candidate will support laboratory operations by performing various tasks related to research, testing, and quality assurance in our animal health products. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of laboratory equipment and materials.
• Conduct routine laboratory tests and experiments under the supervision of senior staff.
• Record and analyze data accurately, ensuring compliance with company protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized lab environment, adhering to safety regulations.
• Manage shipping and receiving from the site.
• Support the preparation of samples and reagents for testing.
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies.
• Collaborate with team members on ongoing projects and research initiatives.
• Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance lab skills and knowledge.

Education & Experience

• Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in a laboratory setting is a plus, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficient in using basic laboratory equipment and software.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to lift 20-40 lbs.
