The Bottling Technician is an integral part of our Manufacturing team based out of our US - Sarasota, FL site.

 

Hourly rate range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50  

 

 

Position Details

This is a highly team oriented group which involves working closely with other core teams within the Bottling Department as well as other departments such as Planning, Receiving, Inventory Control, Packaging and Quality Control groups.

Prepares for bottling by assembling appropriate material in room, such as bottles, caps, boxes, labels, pallets and completes bottling by assuming a position on the line, such as washing bottles, putting bottles into machine, capping bottles, testing bottles, boxing and palletizing cases.  Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities

  • Tends machines for size of bottle for run, for labels and other required functions on assembly line.
  • Works on line where tasks vary as different model of same article moves along line.
  • Verify formulation worksheets to ensure that information such as concentrations, lot numbers etc. are correct
  • Put away finished goods products according to their designated temperature conditions
  • Ensure that bottling lines run efficiently, meet quality standards, and comply with safety and sanitation regulations
  • Apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma/GED or some college.

  • Speak and understand English
