The Vaccine Sales Support Manager is an integral part of our Customer Service team based out of our US - Quincy, IL - Office (MNNS) site.

 

Compensation range for this position is $45,000.00 -$65,000.00

 

Position Details

Provides sole support to sales team by performing a number of administrative tasks. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process and manage production and shipping order submissions and special requests
  • Answer questions on purchase orders from vaccine customers
  • Build trusting relationships with customers to ensure Phibro is the preferred partner for health and nutrition expertise
  • Maintain an active relationship with species field teams to ensure customer needs are met
  • Drive for continuous improvement in service, quality and efficiency
  • Monitor inventory and schedule recurring shipping orders
  • Customer Communication
  • Utilize VacTracker as required
  • Work with appropriate Phibro team members to create, track and facilitate completion of isolate extension paperwork.
  • Support non-adjacent address approval process
  • Work with Phibro Vaccine Operations and the diagnostic lab to send out case reports and gather any missing information on submissions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences or related experience preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service or sales experience
  • Microsoft Office applications experience
  • Assessing and Understanding People
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Strong organizational skills demonstrated the ability to multitask & manage time with good attention to detail.
  • Willing to travel on occasion
