The Vaccine Sales Innovation Analyst is an integral part of our Customer Service team based out of our US - Quincy, IL - Office (MNNS) site.
Compensation range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000
Position Details
We are hiring a Vaccine Sales Innovation Analyst for swine, poultry, beef, and dairy sectors. This role is essential to our North America customer team.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities
- Process Analysis: Evaluate current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and map processes to find opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Data Analysis & KPIs: Gather and analyze data to measure process performance
- Solution Development: Propose practical solutions including process redesign, automation, and technological enhancements.
- Change Management: Lead initiatives by collaborating with stakeholders, fostering buy-in, and implementing changes across departments.
- Documentation & Training: Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Accurately process and manage production and shipping order submissions and special requests
- Answer questions on purchase orders from vaccine customers
- Build trusting relationships with customers to ensure Phibro is the preferred partner
- Maintain an active relationship with species field teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Monitor inventory and schedule recurring shipping orders
- Customer Communication
- Work with appropriate Phibro team members to create, track and facilitate completion of isolate extension paperwork and case reports
- Support non-adjacent address approval process

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or related experience preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service or sales experience
- Microsoft Office applications experience
- Assessing and Understanding People; strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask & manage time with good attention to detail.
- Willing to travel on occasion
