The Pricing Manager is an integral part of our Management team based out of our US - Teaneck, NJ - Remote site.
Compensation range for this position is -
Position Purpose
Administer pricing process within the ERP systems to support sales and marketing strategies for Phibro’s Animal Health and Nutrition and Mineral Nutrition businesses.
Key Responsibilities
· Administer pricing processes to optimize gross margin dollars and volume across all US Phibro product lines.
· Maintain cost and price sets within ERP systems, ensuring the accuracy of all prices.
· Develop and maintain necessary price lists, ensuring the accuracy of all product prices, and manage the distribution of these lists to internal and external stakeholders.
· Manage the monthly pricing processes to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of monthly price letters to external customer groups.
· Drive improvements in the monthly pricing processes to enhance efficiencies.
· Administer the pricing processes with the support of the Pricing and Formulations Coordinator.
· Effectively communicate price changes and customer opportunities to internal stakeholders, including Product Managers, Product Directors, Customer Solutions Representatives, and Area Sales Managers.
· Collaborate with Product Managers to develop strategic pricing initiatives.
· Maintain the distribution list for customer price letters.
· Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to resolve ERP system issues affecting pricing, commissions, freight, and cost reporting.
· Gain a comprehensive understanding of the overall business of Phibro Animal Health Corporation.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Agriculture or related field.
· Technical training in SAP/Oracle/JDE systems programming and analysis.
· Minimum of 2 years industry experience.
· Willingness to participate in a team-oriented and performance-driven work environment.
· Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a self-directed manner.
· Proven track record of proactively accomplishing assigned goals and objectives
Technical and Business Competencies
· Bachelor’s degree
· 2+ years management experience
· Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills that balances empathy while driving high performance
· Demonstrated presentation skills to internal and external customers
· Focused understanding of Phibro service culture to both internal and external customers
· Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategies, build action plans and execute on goals
· Well organized, detail oriented, and possess strong analytical skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
· A minimum of 5 years ERP experience, JDE preferred
· Willing to travel on occasion
· Knowledge of formulation and process control software a plus
· Demonstrated problem solving skills
· Demonstrated project management skills
