The North America Analytics Leader is an integral part of our Management team based out of our US - Teaneck, NJ - Remote site.

 

Compensation range for this position is $85,000.00 -$175,000.00

 

 

Position Purpose

Drive utilization of information assets across our North America business. Act as Subject Matter Expert on all information assets, define delivery, partner with stakeholders and create value through development of solutions to business opportunities. Fortify use of key performance indicators as well as driving advanced modeling capabilities to further business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as central owner for North American information assets providing first line support to stakeholders. From a business standpoint, own information repositories, access points and drive operations and business utilization of all information assets. Ownership of business requirements, definition of how to use and manage and guide current ongoing transformation activities.
• Partner with various cross functional stakeholders to drive improvements in information availability and increase utilization across the region. Stakeholder groups to include but not limited to Commercial leadership and field force, Finance and IT partners as well as Global Marketing.
• Act as advanced information subject matter expert driving the use of information and analysis across major stakeholder groups. Introduce data analytics and advanced data modeling capabilities to create positive impact on performance of region.
• Partner with Commercial, Operations and Finance stakeholders to support and drive improvements in business insight and forecasting processes as well as monthly performance monitoring.
• Create and manage Key Performance Indicators driving business results. Implement and monitor – create cadence, provide visibility and interpret KPI’s for underlying drivers of performance. Provide insight and solutions based on information and business situation. Champion and lead business on utilization of KPI’s as well as communicate and align with key partner groups.
• Partner with stakeholders to extend price analytics mindset. Make progress on development of key price metrics to potentially include Price Rate Volume as well as price elasticity. Partner with price setting process to find operational efficiencies.
• Drive development of additional capabilities and opportunities including development of tools as identified to create sustainable impact on quality of business performance.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Scientific or related field, Advanced Degree preferred
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience with a focus in data analysis, pricing, data analytics, CRM systems and/or reporting. Experience in animal health industry is preferred. Minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience in advanced data analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills with a data driven mindset
• Proficiency and demonstrated impact with database platforms (Excel, SQL, Power BI) as well as advanced data analysis tools (Python, R, JMP, SAS)
• Ability to work and communicate collaboratively across functions and levels
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a self-directed manner
• Proven track record of proactively accomplishing assigned goals and objectives
• Strong organizational mindset with the demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
