Available Hours: 1st Shift Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm

2nd Shift Monday through Friday from 3:00pm - 11:30pm

3rd Shift Monday through Thursday from 9:00pm to 7:30am

Minimum Starting Rate of Pay: $19.00 per hour for 1st shift, $20.25 per hour for 2nd shift and $19.75 for 3rd shift (includes shift differential). Salary Increase based on performance at 90 Day!

Essential Functions

• Set up and perform all inventory movements on the production line using state of the art technology.

• Ensure and add proper material to the appropriate vessel as directed by batching software.

• Inspect, set up, and test equipment such as scales, load cells, and magnets.

• Perform housekeeping and general cleaning duties for plant and employee safety.

• Operate industrial equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other types of moving equipment.

• Communicate with team to identify issues and make suggestions in order to develop and benefit the operation.

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Takes personal responsibility for the safety and quality of line operations.

• Organized, plans work and keeps work area clean.

• Physically able to lift 55 pounds throughout the shift.

• Must be able to stand and walk throughout the shift.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Effective at organization and planning.

• A track record of working well as part of a high-performance team.

• Detail oriented.

• Communicates effectively across the team, makes suggestions, takes direction, and works independently to ensure the team's success.
