The Marketing Intern is an integral part of our Marketing team based out of our US - Quincy, IL - Office (MNNS) site.

 

Position Details

Interns at Phibro will get a great hands-on experience in a real work environment. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities

  • Global Marketing Summit - Collaborate with the team to plan and execute the virtual summit- Contact team members for information, photos, and bios. Upload content to the Zoom Virtual Event Platform. Design and schedule event communication. Serve as support during the event.
  • NAR Ruminant/Mineral Team Meeting & Swine VAC & NAC Meeting - Gather information for rooming lists and transportation. Send timely communications to the teams. Print and assemble name tags, seating charts, and agendas.
  • World Dairy Expo and Other Events - Serve on the planning team for World Dairy Expo. Gather information for rooming lists. Conduct marketing research as needed.
  • Update Calendar of Events and Design Asana Event Tracking Project.
  • Upload Information to Phibro Academy - Logan Cameron will serve as supervisor for this task.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or other related field.
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Must be 18 years of age.
