The Marketing Coordinator is an integral part of our Marketing team based out of our US - Quincy, IL - Office (MNNS) site.
$55,000.00 Compensation range for this position is -$70,000.00
Position Details
The Marketing Coordinator supports team initiatives with planning, development, implementation and tracking of marketing strategies and programs. This individual will work with business and brand managers to support brand strategies and tactics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain subject matter competence about the market, industry trends and competitive landscape as related to assigned brands.
- Support marketing through established procedures, while helping implement best practices in all marketing activities, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and results.
- Support content creation/campaign management: develop and coordinate the production, approval and implementation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content across various channels with implementation of and adherence to brand strategies.
- Define and establish measurable goals (KPI’s) to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate collateral requirements with graphics department, support management of digital libraries and physical inventories where relevant.
- Monitor budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
- Day-to-day tasks may include: plan marketing activities, draft reports, create content, review creative content, manage brand and social media, support event coordination, manage campaigns/promotions, track results, manage PR, build relationships with internal clients, direct external vendors, request website changes, troubleshoot obstacles and otherwise support and drive assigned marketing plans and activities.
- Ensure success of every project by understanding expectations, communicating objectives, reporting on timelines, and sending deliverables to all team stakeholders.
- Support the use and development of internal tools, including project management software, Veeva Promomats approval software, use of marketing material databases, and internal websites.
- Collaborate and work closely with colleagues to gain and share knowledge (ideas and tactics) and best practices from experiences, workshops, research, and seminars.
Key Competencies Required
- 2-5 years minimum of marketing experience in one of the following areas: brand development, digital marketing, product management and marketing communications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field; relevant agriculture degree or experience a plus

- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and departments.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Veeva Promomats and RightFind Enterprise are a plus.
Additional Details
- Full time role, limited travel required, < 10-% per year.
- Compensation: base salary based on level of experience plus outstanding benefits
- Phibro has offices in Teaneck, NJ, and Quincy, IL; a remote location may be considered.
