The Maintenance Technician is an integral part of our Manufacturing team based out of our US - Quincy, IL - North Plant site.

 

Hourly rate range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00  

 

 

Position Details

The Maintenance Technician is an integral part of our Production team based out of our Quincy, Il location. This role involves ensuring the safe and efficient operation of production line equipment, tow motors, and facilities.  This position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor with working hours of Monday-Friday and some Saturdays with flexibility as needed. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Adhere to safe work practices and safety procedures
  • Follow quality procedures and work instructions.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks on production line equipment and tow motors as prescribed by the PM schedule.
  • Execute special maintenance projects, including welding, electrical, mechanical, and carpentry tasks.
  • Assist in training employees on appropriate procedures and tasks.
  • Perform housekeeping and general cleaning duties as assigned to enhance plant and employee safety.
  • Will be a member of the on-call team and will respond to the plant when required.

 

Other Duties:

  • Undertake special projects and duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.

Position Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2-5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting
