The Inside Sales Business Development is an integral part of our Customer Service team based out of our US - Quincy, IL - Office (MNNS) site.

 

Compensation range for this position is $45,000.00 -$65,000.00

 

Position Details

Provides sole support to sales team by performing a number of administrative tasks. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate revenue by assessing customer account information.
  • Develop sales opportunities by analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
  • Make calls and send emails to existing and prospective customers.
  • Promote Phibro products and services.
  • Build relationships both internally and externally with customers.
  • Communicate customer activity with Leadership.
  • Optimize business strategies and priorities for financial impact.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or pertinent experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service or sales experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A minimum of 2 years ERP experience (preferred but not required).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, demonstrated ability to multitask, and manage time with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
