The Graphic Design Intern is an integral part of our Marketing team based out of our US - Quincy, IL - Office (MNNS) site.

 

Position Details

Interns at Phibro will get a great hands-on experience in a real work environment. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities include

  • Provide support to team members
    • Providing literature layout and editing
    • Collect contact/customer information in database
    • E-mail marketing through Microsoft Click Dimensions
  • Assist the in-house Creative and Collateral Manager and marketing team
    • Develop and design marketing materials, print media, digital advertisements and tradeshow displays
    • Execute minor changes and copy revisions to collateral material
    • Package and send creation files to printing company
  • Support maintenance of company information
    • Brand Guidelines
    • PowerPoint files
    • Company literature, documents and photos

Education and Additional Requirements

  • Candidate must be attending college while holding this position
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Strong attention to detail, self-starter, motivated and problem solver
  • Background and/or experience in agriculture is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent communication (written, oral, interpersonal) and organization skills
  • Work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven and highly collaborative environment
  • Graduation date of May 2026, or later
  • Available to start May/June 2025

This opportunity is immediately open for an individual that can provide 15-20 hours of support/week during school and 40 hours/week when classes are not in session (summer and other breaks). Hours are based on an 8 AM – 5 PM workday.
