The International Customer Solutions Representative is an integral part of our Customer Service team based out of our US - Quincy, IL - Office (MNNS) site.

 

Position Details

This position will provide sales support and superior customer service to our internal Phibro affiliates locations and all international account customers and staff. The successful candidate will provide relentless dedication to understanding customer needs and expectations through education, problem solving and communication. They will develop and grow business while building customer relationships based on mutual trust and respect and provide industry leading fulfillment accuracy, flexibility and innovative service solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process international and intercompany sales orders to meet customer requirements
  • Promote customer loyalty by consistently delivering quality products
  • Drive for continuous improvement in service, quality and efficiency
  • Establishes and maintains professional relationships for key accounts
  • Communicate customer activity with International Teams and Sales/Account Managers
  • Responsible for processing international customer orders
  • Effectively interface and collaborate as liaison between customer, accounting, logistics and supply chain.
  • Managing multiple priorities

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service or sales experience
  • Microsoft Office applications experience
  • A minimum of 2 years ERP experience, JDE preferred
  • Organized and detail oriented with demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Solid understanding of the language of International Business, including Letters of Credit, Proforma, Certificate of Origin and INCO terms
  • Bilingual is a plus, but not required
  • Willing to travel on occasion
