Senior PMO

We’re looking for a Senior PMO to join our dynamic team at our Beit Shemesh manufacturing site, reporting directly to the VP of Operations. This is a high-impact role with hybrid flexibility (one day a week from home), leading our Project Management Office (PMO) and overseeing a diverse portfolio of projects—including new product introductions, capital investments, registrations, and operational initiatives across the MACIE region.

You’ll manage a team of up to five (direct and matrix), set PMO standards, and drive end-to-end project delivery—on time, on budget, and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional planning, execution, and tracking of large-scale projects.

Align project goals with business strategy, ensuring visibility and accountability.

Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and executive reports.

Drive adoption of PM methodologies, tools, and compliance standards.

Collaborate globally on new product development and supply chain projects.

Support project training, governance, and resource management.

What You Bring:

5+ years’ experience managing projects in manufacturing and/or biotech, with GMP exposure.

Formal PM certification (e.g., PMI) or equivalent hands-on experience.

A degree in Engineering, Science or related field; postgraduate education is a plus.

Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional project portfolios.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Proficiency in project tools and MS Office (incl. MS Project).

Fluent English.
