Learning & Development Manager – MACIE Region

Phibro Animal Health Corporation is looking for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to lead Learning & Organizational Development initiatives across the MACIE region, primarily supporting Israel and selected European locations.

This is a hands-on, independent role with broad responsibility and significant impact across the organization. You will partner closely with HR teams, business leaders and managers across manufacturing, R&D, commercial and corporate functions, translating business needs into impactful learning and development solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the regional Learning & Development plan across multiple sites and countries.

Partner with HR and business leaders to identify learning needs, capability gaps and development priorities.

Design, develop and facilitate learning programs, workshops and blended learning solutions.

Lead Organizational Development initiatives supporting individual, managerial and organizational capabilities.

Design and implement manager and leadership development programs.

Support employee development processes, including Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and development objectives.

Lead regional and cross-functional L&D and OD projects from needs assessment through implementation and evaluation.

Partner with the Global Learning & Organizational Development team on global and regional initiatives.

Manage and continuously improve the regional Learning Management System (LMS), including adoption, reporting and data quality.

Use data and KPIs to evaluate learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

Manage the regional L&D budget and external providers.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development or a related field.

Hands-on experience in L&D and OD, including manager and employee development.

Experience designing and implementing learning and leadership development programs.

Experience in a manufacturing / industrial environment is highly desirable.

Strong project management, stakeholder management and consulting skills.

Experience in a global, matrix or multi-site organization is an advantage.

Experience with LMS platforms and learning technologies.

Strong analytical, facilitation, presentation and communication skills.

Fluent Hebrew and English.

Master’s degree in Organizational Development, HR, Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Business Administration or a related field.

Location & Work Model

📍 Airport City, Israel | Hybrid: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote

 Regular travel to Phibro’s Beit Shemesh and Neot Hovav sites is required.
