The Junior Business Partner, Europe is an integral part of our Finance team based out of our Belgium - Wavre site.
Position Details
Junior Business Partner, Europe
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented finance professional to join our European Operations Center as Junior Business Partner, Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing international business and work closely with colleagues across Europe, the USA, the Middle East, and Asia.
In this role, you will support key finance activities, contribute to month-end reporting, and help ensure the accuracy of critical business data. You will also play an important role in a dynamic European finance team during a period of continued business growth and integration.
What You Will Do
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes and reporting to Corporate.
• Lead inventory reconciliations and prepare the Corporate Month-End Report.
• Manage inter-company transactions and related month-end reporting.
• Contribute to revenue recognition, analytical postings, and financial analysis.
• Prepare finance reports such as PPE Rollforward, rent reporting, and cash file updates.
• Work closely with commercial teams across Europe and maintain key data in JD Edwards.
What We Are Looking For
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• At least 2 years of experience in a multinational environment.
• Fluency in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
• A collaborative mindset and interest in working with both local and international teams.
• Experience with ERP systems such as JD Edwards or SAP is an advantage.
• A high level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
