The Director, Supply Chain / Operations: PhibroChem and EPG is an integral part of our Management team based out of our US - Teaneck, NJ site.

 

Position Details

This position will both lead and work within a team setting to provide process improvement and achieve higher internal and external customer satisfaction in the operations group and functions that support the Ethanol and PhibroChem Divisions of PAHC.  

Key Responsibilities

Complete supply chain responsibility for this $140M business unit within PAHC including but not limited to:

  • Administration  and leadership of the group, census 7-9 responsible for order fulfillment, procurement, import/export, compliance and on time & full customer satisfaction these business units
  • Develop or assist in the development and approval of all process improvements for the Operations functions (O/E, Import/Export/ SDS etc.)
  • Planning and demand forecasting
  • Manage associated databases necessary to support customers and implement MS Dynamics CRM in harmony with the sales and service teams
  • Regulatory Compliance and Training (DOT/DOC/EHS/ etc.)
  • Training and development of the staff
  • Compliance with all PAHC policies and administrative requirements
  • Performance Management, Reviews and Improvement Plans per PAHC policy
  • Stewardship of Phibro Brand, Image, and Identity Guidelines
  • Support  sales and marketing requests based on overall value to the business

Education & Experience

  • BA/BS with strong academic record, preferably in business or supply chain management or related
  • 7-10 years of experience in the field of supply chain and customer service
  • Competent with web based IS solutions, JDE/Oracle ERP and MS products
  • Supervisory experience preferred
