The Scientist is an integral part of our Quality team based out of our US - State College, PA site.


Position Details

This role is responsible for reviewing data, conducting sale preparation and instrumental analysis. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities

  • Produces quality data in an efficient manner through sample preparation and analysis
  • May review data produced by other scientists
  • Participates in investigations
  • Follows company safety procedures
  • Completes assigned training events on time
  • Uses analytical chemistry expertise to choose optimal analytical technologies as requested.
  • Develops analytical methodology for testing of various products
  • Reviews data produced by other scientists
  • Performs instrument maintenance and qualification

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or relevant field
  • At least 2 years of experience
