The Product Marketing Coordinator is an integral part of our Marketing team based out of our US - Quincy, IL facility. This position location is flexible and may be considered for remote/work-from-home.


Position Details

The Product Marketing role is an integral part of our Global Marketing organization. It includes developing, supporting and driving marketing initiatives for key brands. This individual will work closely with Product Directors and other cross-functional team members to support brand strategies and tactics that will enable the organization to improve marketing execution. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Key Responsibilities

• Support development of comprehensive marketing plans for targeted brands
• Work closely with the Global Marketing Team to manage product brands while supporting strategy development and implementation for existing and new products
• Focus on implementing targeted programs that consistently generate new, high quality customer leads
• Coordinate branding and product messaging with Tradeshow Manager
• Participate in tradeshow/industry events as needed
• Participate in Customer Relationship Management marketing programs
• Market data collection and analysis as needed
• Management of specific brand budgets
• Monitor and ensure materials go through appropriate approval processes
• Develop and maintain subject matter competence as related to assigned brands
• Monitor marketing activities of competitive companies/brands
• Other activities as assigned

Key Competencies Required

• Three to five years minimum of marketing or marketing communications experience
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field; relevant agriculture degree or experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail with ability to see bigger picture
• Problem solving, negotiation skills and resourcefulness
• Self-motivation, drive and integrity
• Energetic, positive, collaborator and team player
• Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• High proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point. Experience with CRM and project management systems is a plus
• Swine experience/background is a plus

Additional Details

• This is a remote position or can be based in a U.S. office. Phibro has offices in Teaneck, NJ, and Quincy, IL
• Full time role with some travel required
• Compensation: base salary based on level of experience plus outstanding benefits
