Dairy Area Representative Germany

The Opportunity

• You will enable the expansion of Phibro's business in Germany by bolstering the development of our current distribution partners for our specialised nutritional products. 
• You will have the opportunity to set the future charter for our products in Germany by identifying & converting new distributors and large dairy farms as key business partners/customers.

Main Responsibilities

• Support local distributors for demand creation, technical service, training and sales support as required to ensure the sales of nutritional specialty products.
• Establish & build relationships and business with large dairy farms.
• Participate in marketing strategy and business plans to support and develop sales.
• Be present at trade shows and industry events to build the PAH brand.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.
• Responsible for the Phibro and product branding and (digital) marketing in Germany.

• You are business level fluent in English.

Education & Experience

• Ideally have Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree with emphasis in animal nutrition
• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in business development with primary expertise in dairy cattle nutrition and management. 
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic customer relationships, handle multiple priorities and work in a self-directed manner
• Proven record of accomplishments of proactively accomplishing assigned goals and objectives
• Must be willing to travel up to 25%
